Qlik Sense Cloud
01 — DATA PREPARATION

Better inputs. Faster loading.

Developed Python workflows to clean and standardize daily sales files into 90-day rolling datasets, supporting more than 15 campaigns.

02 — PERFORMANCE REPORTING

A clearer view of field growth.

Modeled Qlik dashboards around onboarding, net growth, retention, attrition, and turnaround. Built sales maps across states, counties, and ZIP codes to show geographic concentration.

03 — MONITORING & QUALITY

Catch issues earlier.

Created Python notifications for data warehouse failures and discrepancies using Teams webhooks and email. Investigated missing files, data integrity issues, and sensitive-data handling.

04 / A little about me

People first.
Data with purpose.

An operational issue may begin inside a system, but a person ultimately feels the result.

Before business intelligence, I learned about operations while working close to the people affected when a process worked well—or broke down. Shipping coordination at FedEx during college taught me to solve problems while work was already in motion. Customer support and hospitality showed me what those problems felt like on the other side.

That experience drew me to analytics: a practical way to understand what is happening, find the source of a problem, and improve what happens next. Today, I build reporting and monitoring that help teams spot issues earlier and make better-informed decisions.

Outside of work, I make music, enjoy traveling, and stay curious about languages and art. Having grown up across the U.S., Cameroon, and France, I’m fluent in English and French.
